A brand new luxurious home exuding warm Hamptons inspired style with a country flair on a private, leafy, elevated acreage.

Hammock Hill is a home with every conceivable luxury including a wine tasting room, cinema/media room and very modern and fully equiped kitchen with an enormous walk-in pantry and laundry area. This home is modern country luxury at its finest! There are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a powder room all beautifully appointed well proportioned and walk-in. It boasts large yet intimate spaces and is perfect for larger groups, extended families or groups of couples wanting to come together but still experience space and privacy. The two level home has access via a lift and a driveway access to both levels. Four cars can be garaged and parking for at least four others.

It is in an ideal location - close to all the attractions but far enough from suburbia and very, very private. Beautiful landscaping, extensive decking and various entertaining areas are all surrounded by thickly established trees creating a very tranquil, leafy escape. It is ideal for the wedding and special occasion photo sessions.

The expansive deck is accessed through the 6 bi-fold doors which completely connect the indoors to the outdoors. All linen (sheets by “I Love Line” and bath towels by “Sheradon”) is supplied for your stay. For the comfort of our guests, all beds have quilts with full covers, we also have super comfortable mattress and mattress topper.

Property Specific Notes:

Pets are not usually allowed at this property (but if you have a house trained pet lets us know and we are likely to agree) but unfortunately cats are specifically illegal due to the council rules to protect the native wildlife.
